[Applications] This product is colorless, flammable, insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as benzene, and has a freezing point of 0-50°C. Under acid-base catalysis, it polymerizes into organosilicon polymers, which are used in the production of silicone oil, silicone rubber, etc.
[Precautions]
Vapor is explosive when mixed with air. Finely dispersed forms can easily form explosive mixtures in air and are susceptible to static electricity accumulation, which may ignite. Avoid potential fire hazards by grounding, paralleling, or using inert gas protection.
[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]
1. This product is packaged in 210L plastic-lined iron or plastic drums (net weight 190kg/drum) or 1000L steel-plastic square drums, sealed tightly, or as required by customer specifications and in compliance with safety regulations.
2. During transportation, dimethylsiloxane mixed rings must be protected from fire, rain, moisture, and the infiltration of impurities such as acids and alkalis.
3. When handling this product, do not use spark-generating mechanical equipment or tools. Handle it with care during loading and unloading to avoid leakage due to container damage.
4. The ideal storage temperature for dimethylsiloxane mixed rings is 20°C to 40°C. If the temperature drops below 17°C, ensure adequate insulation and frost protection. Under standard packaging, transportation and storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of production. If the shelf life is exceeded, it can be re-inspected and can continue to be used if the test results meet the standard requirements.
