Tricyclazole is a special fungicide for the prevention and treatment of rice blast, belonging to the thiazole class. The fungicide mechanism is mainly to inhibit the formation of melanin in the attachment spores, thereby inhibiting spore germination and attachment spore formation, preventing the invasion of pathogens and reducing the production of rice blast fungus spores.
Application:
Tricyclazole has strong systemicity and can be quickly absorbed by rice roots, stems and leaves and transported to various parts of the rice plant. Generally, the rice plant can absorb the drug to saturation within 2 hours after spraying. The product has 20% and 75% wettable powders.
Tricyclazole disease prevention is mainly based on prevention and protection. It is best used before the disease occurs. The specific operation of the spray method is: to prevent and control seedling blight, use 50-75 grams of 20% wettable powder per mu and spray it with water at the 3-4 leaf stage of the seedlings or 5 days before transplanting; to prevent and control leaf blight and ear neck blight, use 75-100 grams of 20% wettable powder per mu and spray it with water when leaf blight first occurs or from the end of the heading stage to the beginning of the heading stage; when the ear neck blight is serious, apply the medicine once again after an interval of 10-14 days.
The effect of using tricyclazole to soak the seedlings in the prevention and treatment of leaf blight is better than spraying before pulling the seedlings. The specific method is: put 750 times the dilution of 20% tricyclazole wettable powder into a bucket, or dig a shallow pit next to the seedling field, cover it with plastic film, fill it with the liquid medicine, bundle the pulled seedlings into bundles, shake them out of the water, soak them in the liquid medicine for about 1 minute, and then take them out. After piling them for 0.5 hours, they can be planted.
Soaking the seedlings with liquid medicine sometimes causes yellowing, but it will recover soon and will not affect the future growth of the rice seedlings.
