1.Q:How do you garantee the quality?
A: First of all, our quality control will reduce the quality problem to near zero. When the production is finished, they'll take samples from every batch of cargo, and send to our lab for inspection. After passed the inspection, then we will arrange the delivery.
2.Q: How about your after-sale service?
A: If any technical or quality problem after you receive the cargo, you can contact us any time. If the problem caused by us, we will send you free goods for replacement or refund your loss.
3.Q: How long should it take can I get the goods after make payment?
A: For 1-20kgs sample we send by door to door EMS/TNT/DHL/Fedex courier, usually within 10 days you can receive the product after payment.
For bulk quantity more than 1000 Kgs or 1000 Lts: Around 15 days we can prepare the goods and get loading.
4.Q: How to start orders or make payments?
A: You can send a confirmation by Inquiry or by Trade Manager, and we will send you Proforma Invoice with our bank details for your confirmation, and send it to your E-mail. You can make payment accordingly.
